What you'll be doing
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a central role in the commercial management of our construction works, including:
- Developing your expertise through mentorship, technical training, and support towards chartership.
- Managing ongoing relationships with subcontractors delivering key elements of diverse infrastructure projects.
- Leading the tendering process to appoint subcontractors and suppliers.
- Negotiating contracts covering plant, materials, labour, and services.
- Meeting client requirements by driving local engagement and sustainable solutions.
- Acting as a key commercial link for clients throughout project delivery.
- Preparing commercial reports to monitor performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Working within a collaborative team of Quantity Surveyors, building networks and sharing knowledge.
