The Brathay Apprentice Challenge provides our apprentices with the opportunities to develop their skills as an individual and within a team. Throughout the challenge, apprentices are involved in various tasks; from raising awareness of apprenticeships in local communities to completing the Brathay Trust’s teambuilding activities. At the end of the challenge a grand final presentation is delivered by the apprentices at the National Finals where the Apprentice Team of the Year is then awarded.
