Our focus on customers' assets makes us the natural partner for owners and operators of infrastructure assets. Our customers are also local or national, serving their local communities. At Balfour Beatty we have strong local businesses which are close to our clients, committed to local communities and in touch with the local supply chain.

Our differentiation also lies in capturing and sharing our knowledge across the whole asset lifecycle and deploying this knowledge for our customers. We have end-to-end capabilities across the asset lifecycle as well as global expertise and international teams working together to offer an enhanced service and an integrated solution to meet our customers’ needs.

Our third differentiator is our ability to develop and finance infrastructure assets through our Infrastructure Investments capability. Not only does this create significant value for the Group, but it also gives us access routes into target geographies and market sectors.
