Entitled ‘We must make Britain fit for future generations’ , the piece discusses the political inertia that has characterised the last three years of British politics and which is now starting to have a real impact on the economy and social mobility.
Accompanying the opinion piece is a further background briefing, ‘Helping Britain work: Skills + Infrastructure’. This articulates the case for skills and infrastructure in the context of the challenges Britain is currently facing.
