Balfour Beatty plc, the international infrastructure group, today announces the appointment of two new Non-Executive Directors.
Belinda Richards
Belinda Richards is appointed Non-Executive Director from 1 September, 2013. Until 2010, she was Global Head of Deloitte’s Merger Integration and Separation Advisory Services business, a business she started and successfully grew. Prior to this, she was Vice President of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young’s Post-Acquisition Integration and Separation Services business, and was previously at KPMG. She is currently a Non-Executive Director of Grainger plc and Resolution Limited.
Bill Thomas
Bill Thomas is also appointed a Non-Executive Director, also effective 1 September, 2013. Bill was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Hewlett-Packard in EMEA until 2009. Prior to this, he held a succession of senior roles at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), culminating in his appointment as Executive Vice President for EDS Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Bill is currently a Non-Executive Director of Xchanging plc and GFI Software SARL.
Mike Donovan
After almost eight years with the Group, Mike Donovan will be retiring from the Board on 1 October 2013.

Neither Bill Thomas, Belinda Richards nor their connected persons hold any interests in Balfour Beatty securities. There are no other disclosures required under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
