At Balfour Beatty, we believe individuals have the right to express their views and encourage open and constructive debate on our social media platforms. We do not, however, allow employees, to connect our company with views they may wish to express on controversial subjects.

Balfour Beatty reserves the right to moderate or delete, at its discretion, any inflammatory, offensive or illegal posts on our social media platforms. We will not tolerate words or imagery, that include:

  • discrimination (including racism, ableism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia)
  • offensive and explicit content
  • threats and abuse – this includes content which could advocate hatred or violence
  • spam
  • defamation
  • impersonation
  • profanity
  • sharing of personal information
  • copyright infringement
  • reference ongoing ligation matters or investigations
  • false, misleading, or deceptive information.

We ask all followers to be respectful and stay focused on the topic of the post.
