What you'll be doing
As a Site Engineer you will:
Assist in the planning and execution of day-to-day site engineering activities
Set out and surveying for roadworks, drainage, structures, and associated infrastructure
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with current drawings, specifications and standards
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain efficient site operations
Maintain accurate site records including as-builts, quality assurance documentation, and method statements
Support the site team with technical advice and problem-solving when required
Drive a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental compliance
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
A degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Proven experience on highways or large-scale civil engineering projects
Sound understanding of construction methods, materials, and specifications
Proficiency in setting out and using surveying instruments (e.g. GPS, total stations)
Strong organisational and communication skills
CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
