What you'll be doing
Lead commercial activities across NEC3/NEC4-based infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery to commercial targets
Oversee procurement, cost planning, change control, and full contract administration
Prepare and present accurate valuations, cost forecasts, and financial reports to internal and external stakeholders
Support, mentor, and develop junior team members, contributing to talent growth and succession planning
Manage subcontractor performance and commercial risk, driving value and ensuring compliance
Collaborate closely with operational teams, clients, and key stakeholders to deliver best value and project success
Who we're looking for
- Degree-qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Strong working knowledge of NEC3 forms of contract
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a wider team
- Eligible for security clearance (if required)
