What you'll be doing:

Project Support: Maintain and update project documentation, coordinate governance meetings, and support project reporting.

Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subcontractors, customers, and stakeholders; manage enquiries from the public and local businesses.

Administration & Organisation: Manage diaries, arrange travel, maintain records, and ensure compliance with security and health & safety protocols.

Social Value & Community Engagement: Support social impact initiatives, coordinate charitable activities, and assist in STEM and construction workshops for schools and colleges.

Digital & Compliance: Utilise O365 for document creation and reporting, ensure compliance with company policies, and assist in Continuous Improvement strategies.

Who we're looking for:


  • Previous experience in secretarial and/or administrative roles.

  • Highly organised and able to work independently.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • A team player with a proactive approach.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Experience in a similar role within the construction industry.

  • Proficiency in O365 and project control software.

  • A valid driving licence.
