What you'll be doing
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire site construction teams, managing resources across multiple projects.
- Ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery.
- Review and approve RAMS, ensuring full compliance with safety standards.
- Take ownership of constructability reviews, project rehearsals, and Fit for Assembly signoffs with the Project Delivery Manager.
- Oversee workforce allocation, optimizing efficiency across partner companies.
- Collaborate with the Site Manager to develop and implement construction phase plans.
- Management of direct labour teams from all the different partner companies.
- Work with other CMs in the alliance to allocate the direct workforce on a weekly basis, ensuring efficient allocation based on location, skill set and scheme duration.
- Co-create and collaborate on the production, submission and compliance with construction phase plan with the Site Manager.

What we are looking for:
- Experience managing operational resources in a multi-site construction environment.
- SMSTS and Site Environmental awareness training scheme.
- CSCS card (Manager level).
- Minimum degree/HNC or equivalent qualification i.e., NVQ Level 6.
- Full UK driving licence
- Leaderships skills
