Balfour Beatty Communities announces today that Charles E. (Chuck) Parker, Executive Vice President, has been named Interim President, overseeing the Military Housing business and ensuring operational continuity in support of the company’s ongoing initiatives. He will report to Gavin Russell, Chief Executive Officer of Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Investments.
Chris Williams, President of Balfour Beatty Communities, will step down from his position effective 8 August, 2025. The search for a permanent successor is underway.
Chuck is a proven leader with more than 35 years of experience overseeing residential housing and social infrastructure initiatives. In his current role, he is responsible for all community and facilities management for the company’s military housing program. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army before embarking on a career in property development and management.
