Through its affiliates, this is the company’s second multifamily property acquisition in the eastern Texas region this year, after purchasing The Leonard located in Denton in December 2024, and aligns with the division’s targeted expansion strategy for 2025.
River Pointe is a 300-unit, gated, garden-style community offering high-quality living options in one of Texas’ fastest-growing areas. The property features a range of apartment configurations, including 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, all designed for maximum comfort and convenience. Spacious layouts include large patios, tall ceilings, walk-in closets, gourmet kitchens, and stainless-steel appliances.
Following the acquisition, a series of enhancements to both the apartment interiors and common areas are planned for implementation. Located near major employers and retail centres, River Pointe offers residents the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and connectivity.
