Balfour Beatty Communities today announced that Jennifer J. Hill has been appointed President of its Military Housing business, effective January 26, 2026. In this role, Hill will oversee the full scope of Communities’ military housing operations, advancing operational excellence, enhancing the resident experience, and strengthening partnerships with the Department of War and the Services. She will report to Gavin Russell, Chief Executive Officer of Balfour Beatty Infrastructure Investments.
Hill brings nearly three decades of experience in real estate, operations, and strategic leadership. She spent 28 years at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), most recently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Strategy and M&A Execution. Earlier in her career, Hill was a founding member of JLL’s Public Institutions business, where she served as Principal Advisor to the U.S. Army on Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) programs and the Office of Energy Initiatives (OEI).

Hill will partner with the existing Communities team, including Charles (Chuck) Parker, who is assuming a new role as Executive Vice President, Military Housing Development. In this role, Parker will leverage his deep experience, thoughtful leadership, and unwavering commitment to the company’s teams and mission of delivering quality communities people are proud to call home.
