What you'll be doing
As a Graduate Digital Construction Manager, you’ll support the delivery of construction projects while building your understanding of how sites operate. You’ll help coordinate teams, maintain safe working environments, and ensure projects run efficiently. Alongside this, you’ll support the use of digital tools and processes on site to improve productivity, collaboration, and record-keeping.
You’ll work with project teams to deliver digital strategies and information management plans, including the use of 3D models and digital systems to support programme, cost, and quality. Throughout the programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience in construction management, project planning, and leadership, while learning how technology enhances project delivery and drives efficiency on site.

For Graduates with a degree in a relevant field, our programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
