What you'll be doing
A Network Supervisor Apprentice (Level 4) helps supervise teams carrying out maintenance and installation work on network infrastructure such as cables or substations. They support the enforcement of health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure all work is carried out safely. They assist in monitoring network performance, identifying faults or outages, and helping to keep services running smoothly. They also help plan and schedule maintenance, repairs, and upgrades alongside engineers and planners. In addition, they communicate with contractors, engineers, and sometimes customers to provide updates and help resolve any issues.
Who we're looking for
For our Level 4 Apprenticeship, you’ll need A Levels or equivalent, typically 2 A Levels. This programme is designed for those looking to step into higher-level roles that demand specialised knowledge and increased responsibility. Driving license is essential.
