  • Setting teams to work and supervising site activities to ensure safe, right-first-time delivery

  • Supporting the delivery of multi-utility works including electricity, gas, water, wastewater and telecoms diversions

  • Managing subcontractors on site, monitoring attendance, progress and quality of works

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, maintaining a strong focus on Zero Harm

  • Preparing and reviewing RAMS, identifying risks and ensuring appropriate safety controls are in place

  • Maintaining accurate site records including daily diaries, progress updates and reports

  • Supporting project governance through meetings, reporting and coordination with project teams

  • Contributing to planning activities including resource planning and programme delivery

  • Monitoring quality and supporting assurance activities and audits

Who we're looking for

  • Experience working as a Site Engineer on infrastructure or construction projects

  • Ability to interpret and implement engineering drawings and technical specifications

  • Experience coordinating site teams and subcontractors

  • Strong understanding of construction safety, RAMS and site compliance

  • Experience working in programme-driven environments where coordination and sequencing are critical

  • Utilities experience (electricity, gas, water, wastewater or telecoms) or an interest in developing expertise in this area
