Sizewell C will create a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for at least 60 years. It will be built next to Sizewell B which began operating in 1995 and has so far avoided more than 76 million tonnes of carbon emissions.


This role will be hybrid with 1-2 days at our Bristol Aztec West office.

What you'll be doing


  • Change Management Process Development: Establish and lead the
    development of robust change management processes for project
    modifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and
    regulatory requirements.

  • Change Control and Impact Analysis: Co-ordinate and manage change
    requests, including technical assessments and impact analyses on project scope, budget, and timelines. Coordinate the integration of approved
    changes within the project.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, procurement,
    construction, and safety teams to ensure seamless coordination and
    communication regarding change management activities across the

  • Baseline Management: Maintain and update the project baseline with
    approved changes to ensure that project scope and schedule reflect the
    latest information.

  • Digital Tools and Systems: Oversee digital integration for change
    management, leveraging systems within an MS Power Platforms
    environment to maintain change records and streamline workflows.

  • Regulatory and Compliance Assurance: Ensure all changes comply with
    nuclear safety and regulatory standards, working with quality assurance
    teams to uphold safety protocols.

  • Change Register: Generate, manage and maintain a project-wide change
    register on change management activities, status, and outcomes for
    project management and stakeholders, ensuring visibility into the impact
    of project changes.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Establish effective communication channels
    with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal
    teams, to ensure transparency in change processes and technical planning.

  • Benchmarking and Data Management: Establish and maintain a robust
    database of historical changes, benchmarks, and other relevant data to
    inform change management decisions

Who we're looking for

Qualifications:



  • Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, construction
    management, project management or a related field.

  • Relevant professional certifications in change management or project
    management (e.g., APM, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
    Experience and Skills

  • Extensive experience in change management roles on large, complex
    infrastructure or regulated projects, ideally within nuclear or high-hazard

  • Proven track record of developing and operating formal change control

  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies, risk
    assessment, and project governance frameworks.

  • Experience in impact assessment of scope changes across cost, schedule,
    and risk.

  • Experience working in integrated project teams and matrix organisations.

  • Strong digital proficiency, particularly in MS Power Platform applications
    (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

  • Working knowledge of Project Controls disciplines and their

  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, and communication

  • Analytical problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage change in a
    fast-paced, complex environment

  • Able to obtain a security clearance
