What you'll be doing
As a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Graduate, you’ll be a safety role model on site. You’ll help teams work safely, support wellbeing, and follow health and safety rules. You’ll learn how to spot risks, understand safety regulations, risk assessments, and put safety measures in place to protect everyone.

For Graduates with a degree in a relevant field, our programme offers formal training and on-the-job learning, with a strong focus on career progression and growth opportunities. It’s designed to help you transition into your chosen field and build a successful career path. To be eligible, you must obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role.
