  • Monitoring the quality and quantity of work produced by the team.

  • Completing maintenance and inspection checks, ensuring all associated records are accurate and submitted on time.

  • Reporting hazards, near misses, equipment breakdowns, damage and anything that could affect progress.

  • Participating positively in daily activity briefings and other relevant team meetings.

  • Working collaboratively with supervisors, managers, team members and site visitors.

  • Sharing knowledge and supporting the training and development of colleagues.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve working practices, productivity and site performance.

  • Demonstrating a positive attitude towards health, safety, quality and teamwork at all times.

  • Following company, manufacturer and supplier procedures to ensure the required standards are achieved.

Who we're looking for

You will have:

  • An NVQ Level 2 in Concrete Repair.

  • Between two and five years’ experience in concrete repair work.

  • Experience in crack injection and void-filling activities, including the use of acrylic resins, polyurethane and cementitious materials.

  • Practical experience of vacuum injection, pressure injection and grouting techniques.

  • A valid HSE-recognised CSCS card.

  • A strong understanding of work package plans, method statements, procedures, risk assessments, lift plans and site-specific requirements.

  • Good communication skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with operatives, supervisors and managers.

  • The ability to lead a team while remaining willing to support others and work collaboratively.

  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving problems.

  • A strong commitment to safe working, quality and operational excellence.

  • Flexibility to travel throughout the UK and work overtime or adjusted break patterns when required.

  • Relevant manufacturer or supplier training where required.

Additional competencies such as MEWP, Fire Marshal, Traffic Marshal, Manual Handling or Lift Supervisor training would be advantageous.
