What you'll be doing


  • Provides & demonstrate positive HSE Leadership, building a strong and compliant HS&E culture throughout the construction lifecycle

  • Ensuring all site activities are undertaken safely and responsibly, and in accordance with the CDM Regulations

  • Lead, manage and motivate Project Construction Teams through implementation of best practice

  • Support the planning and execution of construction of a specific area on a day-to-day basis

Who we're looking for

As a Construction Manager, you will have experience working on large-scale engineering construction projects such as power generation, water treatment, energy infrastructure, or nuclear decommissioning.



  • Relevant Degree qualification or equivalent training and suitable experience

  • Relevant professional accreditation (PM / Construction / Engineering)

  • Strong team leader, pro-active and perform well under pressure

  • IOSH Managing Safely

  • Can achieve security clearance (BPSS or higher)
