Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group confirms that, as announced on 13 May 2021, Charles Allen, Lord Allen of Kensington, CBE, will today take over as Chair of Balfour Beatty.

He succeeds Philip Aiken, AM who will remain as a Non-Executive Director of Balfour Beatty until he steps down on 31 July 2021.
