From 2 December 2020 we will no longer be using the online form for our site based colleagues to submit MyC ideas.
If you have a Balfour Beatty email address, please share your ideas into Yammer – either in the My Contribution ideas group or by using #idea in any Yammer post.
If you don’t have a Balfour Beatty email address, there are two ways you can share your idea:
- Call the Balfour Beatty helpline on 0800 121 4444 – the team will take details of the idea and post into Yammer on your behalf
- Complete a MyC idea card and pass to your Site Supervisor or MyC Ambassador to share into Yammer on your behalf
MyC idea cards should be available at your location – please speak to your office or site manager. If they need more cards, these can be downloaded and printed here or requested from mycmaterials@balfourbeatty.com.
