What you'll be doing
Some key responsibilities will be:
- Produce Programme of works, and detailed schedules.
- Assist the team to develop construction methodology, SSHEQ procedures, RAMS and ITP’s.
- Obtain suitable resources (Labour, Subcontractors, Plant and Materials) to execute the work.
- Assist the commercial team to develop forecast budgets and manage actual cost.
- Assess programme and productivity achieved and review weekly, acting where appropriate and reporting any changes.
- Ensure handover information is being produced in readiness for handover
Who we're looking for
We are looking for:
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of standard contract forms and their application.
- Skilled in commercial and project management communication.
- Experienced in implementing safe work systems and practices.
- In-depth understanding of performance evaluation methods and key performance metrics.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a solution-oriented approach.
- Valid CSC card

- Proven experience working on a Tunnelling project
