As an Apprentice Highways Maintenance Operative you'll be acting as a caretaker of our roads. You’ll repair potholes, clear drains, and ensure road signs and markings are visible. We’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience. No formal qualifications are required for our Level 2 Apprenticeship, as it offers a blend of practical, on-the-job training alongside structured learning to help you develop key skills.
