What you'll be doing

• Turn up at appropriate time as requested ready to drive


• Drive at recommended speeds and in according to the road conditions


• Gritting roads within your allocated route at the rate requested


• Clean off the gritter after use and refuel


• Report any issues or instances where it was not possible to grit

Who we're looking for

• Full clean driving licence - HGV Class 2 Licence is essential


• Previous experience of this type of work would be an advantage


• Professional attitude


• City and Guilds 6159 – training will be given for the successful applicants
