What you'll be doing
Joining the team as a Site Agent, you’ll get to:
- Manage, monitor and motivate a multi-skilled team of engineers, subcontractors and other construction experts
- Take responsibility for particular activities or sections of civil engineering projects
- Set performance targets and carry out analysis to make sure your team are working to the highest standards of safety and quality

Who we're looking for
To make a real impact as a Site Agent with us, you’ll need:
- Experience of allocating resource and encouraging a team to take ownership
- Commercial awareness and the ability to set targets in line with budgets
- A driving licence, CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification
- A track record of solving issues and to be a sound decision maker
- The ability to read technical drawings and information
- To be a great influencer who can build relationships with ease
- Experience of working on civil engineering projects including highways and coastal defence would be an advantage
