What you'll be doing
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will have the following responsibilities,
- Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Installation and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems.
- Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, providing technical expertise to the team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, time spent, and any issues encountered.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe working environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other trades and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met
Who we're looking for
Do you have?
- ECS Card and CCNSG
- Approved electrician – 2 years post apprenticeship / equivalent qualification experience or hold Approved grade card.
- Hold time served status with an official apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to obtain BPSS clearance
