What you'll be doing
The normal working week will be Monday to Thursday 8 hours a day Friday, 7 hours a total of 39 hour week (07:30 to 16:00) - (07:30 to 15:00, but there will be a requirement to work an early shift (0600 to 1630), late shift (07:30 to 1900) on a rota basis. Enhanced rates in accordance with the contract will be paid for work outside the normal core hours.
In addition there will be a requirement for night and weekend work for which an enhanced rate will be paid.
All operatives will be required to be on an emergency/winter call out rota which will attract standby and call out payments.
Who we're looking for
Skills & Attributes:
Essential: LGV Licence
All Operatives shall be expected to attain the following qualifications within 12 months.
Winter Maintenance
Telehandler (front bucket only)
12B Operative
Training will be provided as necessary for these qualifications.
In addition, suitable candidates will be offered the opportunity to gain 12B LTMO/Foreman qualifications.
