School leavers and apprentices
We appreciate that lots of people wish to enter employment whilst still gaining further qualifications.
Whether you have decided to leave school after your GCSE’s or A Levels there is an apprenticeship programme that could suit you. An Apprenticeship is a job with a specific vocational training programme which allows individuals to earn while they learn and gain nationally recognised qualification.
Other people may have left education and are still searching for the right career. We sponsor 40 ‘Get Into’ programmes in partnership with The Prince’s Trust, which provides training and work experience to the long term unemployed in a variety of career paths.
In 2014, we also joined The 5% Club and are committed to the aim of ensuring that 5% of our UK workforce are apprentices, graduates or sponsored students on structured programmes within the next five years.
