SM12 - Annual Soccer Sevens

So it’s true to say that our Balfour Beatty WorkPlace staff in North Lanarkshire now get their kicks by helping the pupils get theirs. Every year staff devote their time to organising the schools’ annual ‘Soccer Sevens’ event, which is open to all 21 primary schools under the 2010 PPP/PFI contract.
With over 200 pupils, teachers and parents, it’s a great day for all and everyone is a winner.
With this year’s tournament taking place on 21 May, it’s a fantastic way to celebrate a successful partnership that enables young people to become confident individuals, responsible citizens and successful learners during Balfour Beatty’s Sustainability Month!
And yet another example of our core values of teamwork, integrity, respect and excellence; values the pupils all replicate out there on the pitch.
