- Building/Construction Management
- Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management
Alternatively, if your degree's in another discipline, your skills might be best suited towards areas such as:
- Facilities/Services Management
- Human Resources
- Health, Safety and Environmental Management
- Finance
- Bid Management
- Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management or Construction Management, following a Balfour Beatty funded conversion course.

If you do need a work permit to live and work here, your application will only be accepted if you have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
