Balfour Beatty Capital’s concession company Transform Schools (Stoke) was awarded the 25-year, £77 million contract for the entire schools estate in the city of Stoke-on-Trent
The project reached financial close in October 2000 and comprises five special schools, 17 secondary schools and 80 primary schools
Balfour Beatty’s shareholding is 50%, with Innisfree PFI Fund 2 as the 50% stakeholder partner
The committed investment total is £5million, which was invested in autumn 2006
Facilities management is provided by Haden Building Management
