- Construction includes new heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) and control system, secondary electrical serviced fire alarm and sprinkler protection, cast-in-place concrete, structural, electrical and masonry work, medical gases, IT services, site work and landscaping
- Renovation work includes alterations to the 2,600 square feet of the existing Spinal Cord Injury Center
- Also included is controlled removal of existing paved parking, retaining wall, underground fuel storage tank and reconstruction of a hardscaped courtyard
- The project is due for completion in December 2007
