This project was awarded to Balfour Beatty Communities in June 2007 and was transferred in October 2007.
The installation is located in the vicinity of Santa Barbara, California and the project scope consists of 164 new homes and 703 renovated homes.
The new construction plan provides for much lower density and more common greenbelt areas for families to enjoy than they had previously. The new homes will fulfill Officer and E9 Prestige housing requirements. Our extensive renovation plan will afford JNCO and SNCO families virtually new homes, featuring increased square footages. These 703 homes were recently constructed and were in remarkable condition when transferred to privatised housing.
Amenities include community center, sports courts, tot lots, spray-grounds, miniature storage facility and walking trails.
The Initial Development Period project costs are estimated to be in excess of $160 million.
Balfour Beatty Communities is the Managing Member, Developer, Renovator and Property Manager of this project.
