- The construction project will result in a re-designed Ritz-Carlton hotel adjacent to the office tower
- The Ritz-Carlton Hotel at the Bank of America Corporate Center will have 150 rooms, but will be distributed over 17 floors
- The project will create one of the most environmentally-responsible office towers in the South-East, with plans to achieve Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Gold certification
