Balfour Beatty designs, builds, refurbishes, manages and maintains commercial buildings. These range from small specialist schemes through to the largest and most complex projects in the UK, US, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Amongst our significant portfolio of current major projects is the 42 Holborn Viaduct office development, London, and the Paradise Street regeneration scheme, Liverpool, in the UK.
In Hong Kong, Gammon is developing commercial premises Three Pacific Place, worth HK$870 million. We are also building the Burj Mall retail development, the world’s biggest shopping centre, in Dubai.
In the US, Heery International designs and manages construction of national and regional corporate headquarters, speculative office buildings, hotels and a variety of multi- and public-use facilities. It provides engineering and interior design services on an as-needed basis to soft drink giant, the Coca-Cola Company, one of its oldest clients.
Balfour Beatty Construction US is providing construction services for Bank of America throughout its entire region. The work includes new retail branches, renovations, additions and corporate tenant buildouts.
Beyond construction and design services, we also provide facilities management services in the UK through Haden Building Management. Its commercial portfolio includes the BBC, Tesco, Woolworths and Arsenal Football Club.
