Introduction
In the UK, Balfour Beatty has a strong multi-disciplinary capability with leading market positions in many areas. These skills range from design and construction management, through construction to building services and whole-life asset management and maintenance.
Much of our work in this market is for the public sector. The major government expenditure programmes in education, healthcare and social housing match our capability mix.
In the US, Balfour Beatty's building activities are represented by Heery and, since April 2007, Balfour Beatty Construction US (previously Centex).
